Selected as their international global digital exemplar partner, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has an interoperability project focused on mental health.
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust provides physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. Services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics and in people’s homes
The business intelligence team (who are not integration experts) wanted to be trained and gain full autonomy to create and manage the integration tasks themselves . The “proof of concept” requirement was the secure exchange of data with three systems :CareNotes (Mental Health Module Trust), Ascribe Pharmacy (EMIS) and CarePlus Child Health (SystemC).
An interoperability project that will enable Oxford to move towards collaboration through document sharing
