By subscribing to our services or filling out a contact information form on our website (www.enovacom.fr) or other sites belonging to ENOVACOM, you agree and accept that ENOVACOM may collect, process, store and/or use this personal data in accordance with the rules which have been set out and for the purposes detailed below.
In accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation of May 25th, 2018, you have the right to access, oppose, delete, rectify and transfer personal data about you or that you are likely to provide when you use any of these services. You also have the right to limit how much your data is processed.
- Data Processing Manager: identity and contact information
Personal data is collected on our company’s website. This website is published by ENOVACOM, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €150 000, registered at the Marseille Trade and Companies Register, with the SIRET number 443 685 573 00034 and whose head office is located at 521 avenue of the Prado – BP 80 186 – 13268 Marseille – France.
- Website data collection
When you sign up to our services, the following data is collected and processed: email, civility, first name, last name, phone number, function, service, employer, country, employer’s postal address and your interests. By using our services, the following data is collected and processed: browsing data (when you allow it), browsing history, complaints, incidents and your on-site subscription and correspondence information. Some data is automatically collected depending on what you do on the site (see paragraph on cookies below).
The collected data must not include any sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers (e.g. social security, driver’s license or taxpayer identification), full credit card or bank account numbers, medical records or information about personal healthcare requests.
- Why is your data processed?
The main reason your personal data is collected is to offer you a secure, optimal, efficient and personalised experience. As such, we would like to inform you that ENOVACOM may collect and use your personal data to:

- analyse which of our services you have used and how much you have been using them

We always include an unsubscribe link in every newsletter and marketing email that we send.

- Client feedback testimonials
ENOVACOM publishes a list of client feedback testimonials on its website and on other information carriers containing information about our clients’ names and titles. ENOVACOM makes sure it gets authorisation from each client before publishing any testimonials on our site. If you no longer want to feature on the list, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your information as soon as possible.
- Who receives your data?
Any personal data collected about you on our site can be transmitted to authorised subcontractors which ENOVACOM may use as part of its work. ENOVACOM ensures that all of its subcontractors comply with data protection requirements.
ENOVACOM does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Moreover, ENOVACOM does not disclose your personal data to third parties unless (1) you (or the account administrator acting on your behalf) request or authorise it to be disclosed; (2) disclosure is required to provide services that you have requested; (3) ENOVACOM is forced to by a government authority or regulatory body, a judicial order, subpoena or other similar governmental or legal requirement, or to establish or defend a legal claim; or (4) the third-party acts as ENOVACOM’s agent or subcontractor to carry out the services (e.g. if ENOVACOM uses a telecommunication company’s services).
- Your data protection rights
In compliance with the General European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, oppose, delete, rectify, transfer and limit your personal data being processed that you can exercise by writing to ENOVACOM Personal data protection 521 avenue du Prado – BP 80 186 – 13268 Marseille. Your requests will be processed within 30 days. You must send a photocopy proving your identity or authority along with your request.
ENOVACOM also uses analysis and tracking tools to measure website and digital data in order to gain insights on customers, to analyse browsing experience to improve content and for targeted advertising.
By default, cookies are not installed automatically (apart from those required to make ENOVACOM’s site and services function properly. You are alerted by a banner before they are installed). Pursuant to relevant regulations, ENOVACOM will require your authorisation before putting any other type of cookies on your hard drive. DATA STORAGE LOCATION AND TRANSFERS
The hosting servers which ENOVACOM processes and stores databases on are located exclusively within the European Union.
If an administrative or legal authority makes a request regarding your data, ENOVACOM makes sure it will inform you immediately within the confines of what it is legally authorised to do.
The security and integrity of clients’ personal data is of the utmost importance to ENOVACOM.
As a result, and in compliance with the GDPR, ENOVACOM pledges to take every necessary precaution to preserve data security and especially to protect it against any accidental or illicit destruction, loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorised access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing or communication to unauthorised parties.
To this end, ENOVACOM implements security measures adapted to how sensitive the personal data is in order to protect it from any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorised third parties. Furthermore, to avoid any unauthorised access and ensure that data is correct and used properly, ENOVACOM has set up appropriate electronic, physical and management procedures to safeguard and preserve data collected through its services. ENOVACOM therefore only grants access to its IT system to those who need it to perform their duties and informs its employees about the personal data protection they have available while they work and ensures that they respect the company’s current rules and ethics.
In the event of a security breach, ENOVACOM commits to informing you as soon as possible and will do everything in its power to neutralise the intrusion and minimise its impact. If you are adversely affected by a third-party security breach, ENOVACOM will provide you with every possible assistance to help you assert your rights.
