How it works ?

Our interoperability platform allows you to share flows with external partners, so that you can meet information exchange requirements.

  • Administrative and financial flows
  • Medical flows with primary care and SHARE CARE RECORD
  • Biology and haemovigilance flow

Our professional electronic exchange platform ensures the automation and traceability of all internal and external flows. It makes it possible to respond to integration projects involving other organisations or within a RHG (regional hospital group).

The health system evolves and is subject to regulatory and medico-economic constraints, Hospital Information Systems (HIS) have to evolve to effectively support the strategy of health organisations and their environment.

Our library of plug-ins is maintained by us. This makes it possible to control lead times for the production of exchanges and guarantees an efficient support service. The plug-ins include annual maintenance.

A proven solution for managing administrative flows

  • Etablissements Français du Sang (EFS, French blood institutions): traceability data for labile blood products (LBP). Our interoperability platform is the chosen solution for the secure connection between EFS and healthcare institutions (SAFRAN project)
  • ERA server (EFS): Results of pre-transfusion immunohaematology examinations.
  • Specialized laboratories (Biomnis, Cerba, etc.): Requests and results of biology exams, receipt of the catalogue of codified acts.
  • Primary care and healthcare institutions: Results of examinations carried out by the hospital laboratory.
  • External results servers, shared medical records.
  • Private laboratories for the subcontracting of biological examinations (demography, requests, test results).

In general, your institution must check that each application involved in exchanges generates or integrates with the formats expected by the partners, subject to regulatory constraints.

For flows with primary care institutions:

  • Upstream inventory by establishing the level of equipment held by partner laboratories
  • Exchange standard used: Hprim.santé v2.1, v2.2 or Hprim.médecin
  • Communication protocol:, SMIME, the Apicrypt proprietary network
  • Business applications (SGL) must generate files that comply with HPRIM standards.

For flows with specialized laboratories:

  • Business applications (SGL) must generate files using the HPRIM standard. Santé v2.2 with image format (PDF).

For flows with primary care institutions:

  • The institution must have a server software certificate from GIP CPS or a CPS card
  • To issue medical documents to external doctors who only have the Apicrypt secure messaging solution, the institution must have an Apicrypt account and identifier, which it must acquire from the APICEM association (outside the scope of the Enovacom offer). Enovacom supports you at every step. The use of this Apicrypt subscription is fully supported by our interoperability platform, without any additional software or hardware.

For flows with regional EFS:

  • Business applications (SGL) must generate files using the AFNOR standard.
  • The institution must declare itself for the transfer of data to the regional EFS concerned.

For flows with the EFS’s national ERA server:

  • Business applications (SGL) must generate files to the Hprim.ERA standard.
  • The institution must declare itself for the transfer of data to the EFS.

Facilitate the feeding and creation of the SHARE CARE RECORD

As part of the implementation of compatibility between the SHARE CARE RECORD and your HIS, we offer our “creation of the SHARE CARE RECORD” connector on the platform, approved by ASIP health.

Focus on the creation of the SHARE CARE RECORD

It requires informing the patient about the SHARE CARE RECORD and how it works beforehand. This prior information is mandatory. The patient’s consent is gained in a transparent manner.

The SHARE CARE RECORD is created in the presence of the patient, with his vital card for calculating the INS.

The connector is implemented through scenarios and activities that collect and transform data that is intended for the SHARE CARE RECORD.

Focus on the SHARE CARE RECORD supply

As part of the implementation of the SHARE CARE RECORD compatibility of your HIS, Enovacom offers the “SHARE CARE RECORD power supply” connector on our platform. This application bus performs the dual function of:

  • Professional Electronic Exchange Server (EDI) for the SIS.
  • Manager of business processes and application interfaces for the HIS.

This model is called “Collector” by ASIP.

But also …

  • Simplify the management of your unified IS

  • Facilitate the mission of your identity monitoring unit

  • Make your patient records more reliable and ensure accurate data sharing

What will change in your daily life

  • The institution director reduces operating costs by optimizing billing and payment cycles. This contributes to improving the relationship between primary care and medical partners

  • Healthcare professionals can be confident that they are getting the right information, to the right place, at the right time

  • CIOs can then open up their IS to other health stakeholders
